Dealer & Distributor FAQ
Dealer & Distributor FAQ
Thinking about adding Johnson Hardwood to your flooring lineup? Here are answers to the most common questions we receive from retailers, distributors, and commercial contractors interested in carrying our products.
Getting Started
How do I become an authorized Johnson Hardwood dealer?
Contact your nearest Johnson Hardwood branch to speak with a territory sales representative. We’ll discuss your business, your market, and which product lines are the best fit for your customer base. Our California headquarters serves the Western US, our Houston branch covers Texas and the Gulf Coast, and our Dallas branch serves the DFW metroplex and North Texas. You can also reach us at info@johnsonhardwood.com or through the contact form.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Minimum order requirements vary by product line and are discussed directly with your territory sales representative. We work with retailers of different sizes and can structure orders to fit your inventory needs and floor space.
Do you offer exclusivity arrangements?
Johnson Hardwood does not offer geographic exclusivity but we do work closely with our dealer partners to support their business. Our territory sales representatives visit showrooms regularly, provide product training, and work with dealers to ensure they have the right inventory mix for their market.
What support do you provide to new dealers?
New dealers receive product samples, installation guides, technical specification sheets, marketing materials, and access to our territory sales team. We also support showroom floor displays for qualifying accounts. Our team is available for product training sessions and can assist with customer inquiries on complex projects.
